Returns & Exchanges

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we’ll find a solution for you. Our products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Size exchanges are free. Products must be in unworn/unused condition with tags intact (if applicable) Customers are responsible for the return processing fee. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit. Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective product or incorrect shipment), in that case we’ll provide a free return label and no fee will apply.

 

1. Check your box or email for your order number. Also have your zip code ready!

2. Email us at contact@shopkinali.com to start your return.

3. Send the product(s) back to us in their original packaging!

4. You'll get emails as soon as your return has been received & processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for online returns to be processed.
